doTERRA source their essential oils from over 40 countries, all over the globe, where the plants either grow naturally or thrive in the environment. Many of the regions doTERRA source from are developing countries. doTERRA support from the ground up, from the farmers to the consumers and everyone in between. Hang on a jiffy, rewind, essential oils are not new, they’ve been around for thousands of years, originally used by our ancestors. I’m sure if you speak to some of your 'wiser' family members they will in some way refer to a natural health alternative they have used to support their bodies, like consuming ginger to support an upset tummy, biting down on a clove bud for a tooth ache (personally I think I’d take the tooth ache over a clove bud, but thankfully I have clove oil now). I remember walking through dollar shops when on holidays as a young child and seeing the different essential oils in there, it’s funny how I now find myself dabbling in the essential oil world, making educated decisions about ensuring the quality of oils I use as they are a big part of the consumables in our household.

So now we come to the present day where everyday people, like you and I, with our families health at the forefront of our lives; we have returned to essential oils, for a natural, proactive way of health care and healing rituals. We are taking control of our health care and supporting our bodies, rather than being reactive and regretting what we should have and could have done previously. Even the smallest change can have such positive effects.

To regain control of your health you have be proactive, learn and have fun along the way.
